BelleCurve intimate apparel is offered on a final-sale basis, except where returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are required by applicable law.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, we do not ordinarily offer discretionary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.

This policy applies to bras, lingerie, shapewear, underwear and other intimate garments.

Our Final Sale Policy does not override mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to defective, incorrect or misrepresented products, or statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights.
