THE BELLECURVE POLICY

At BelleCurve, the integrity of every garment and the confidence of every customer are fundamental to our standards.

As a specialist in intimate apparel, we uphold strict hygiene and quality assurance standards. Every piece is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches its recipient in pristine condition.

We invite you to review the following policy before completing your purchase.

01. FINAL SALE POLICY

All BelleCurve intimate apparel is sold on a final-sale basis, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to the intimate nature of our collections and the hygiene standards we uphold, we do not ordinarily accept discretionary returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Changes of mind or personal preference.

• Incorrect size, colour or style selected by the customer.

• Products that have been worn, tried on, washed or altered.

• Products with removed hygiene seals, protective packaging or original labels.

This policy applies to bras, lingerie, shapewear, underwear and all other intimate apparel.

Our final-sale policy does not exclude or restrict any rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.

02. HYGIENE & PRODUCT INTEGRITY

The wellbeing and confidence of our customers are central to the BelleCurve experience.

For this reason, intimate garments are subject to strict handling and hygiene standards.

Items that have been worn, fitted, washed or removed from their protective packaging are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.

These measures ensure that every BelleCurve customer receives merchandise that meets our standards of cleanliness, quality and presentation.

03. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Should an order arrive incorrect, damaged or defective, our Client Relations team will review the matter with care and priority.

We kindly request that any concerns be reported within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible, to facilitate a timely assessment.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Where a product fails to meet applicable statutory standards, BelleCurve will provide the remedy required under the laws applicable to your purchase.

The requested notification period does not limit your statutory rights.

04. SIZING & PRODUCT SELECTION

We encourage customers to carefully consult our size guide and product descriptions before confirming their purchase.

Our Client Relations team is available to assist with sizing and product enquiries prior to ordering.

As our intimate apparel is generally not eligible for discretionary exchange, we recommend reviewing all selected sizes, colours and styles before checkout.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

05. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refunds, replacements and other remedies are provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Any additional exception granted by BelleCurve outside its legal obligations is made at our discretion and will be communicated in writing.

Approval of an exception on one occasion does not establish an entitlement to future exceptions.

06. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter processing shortly after confirmation.

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Once fulfilment has commenced, amendments may no longer be possible.

Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.

07. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to purchases made through BelleCurve's international storefronts.

Consumer protection requirements may vary according to the customer's location and the laws applicable to the transaction.

Where mandatory local consumer rights provide additional protections, those rights take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.
