Good to know Questions, answered
Should I WhatsApp or email?
WhatsApp is perfect for general questions and help placing an order. For size guidance, or anything that needs a little more detail, email us at support@bellecurve.co.za.
Can you help me place my order?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp at +27 78 197 5816 and we’ll guide you through choosing your pieces and checking out.
How do I measure myself?
Use a soft tape measure and wear an unpadded bra. Measure your underbust snugly just beneath your bust, then your fullest bust loosely, keeping the tape level all the way around. Send us both numbers in centimetres.
What should I include in my email?
Your name, your order number if you have one, and a few words about how we can help. For sizing, add your underbust, fullest bust, current size and the style you love.
