Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start your return.

Pack & Send
Pack the item securely with tags attached and send it back to us.

Get Refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner intact (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear or swimwear unless faulty).
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. Contact our team to arrange your exchange.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
